Lindsay Nichols brings a dynamic blend of real estate expertise and artistic flair to the industry. Raised in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, she’s fluent in both English and Spanish and has a true creative edge. Before discovering her passion for real estate, Lindsay ran her own successful jewelry business, with her designs featured in Bergdorf Goodman and other luxury retailers, even attracting a celebrity clientele.  

Her experience as a business owner sharpened her marketing skills, particularly in online promotions, while her artistic background gives her the ability to envision a property’s full potential—seeing not just what it is, but what it can become.  

Prior to joining The Rachel Koenig Team, Lindsay managed a multifamily property in the West Village, where she oversaw tenant relations and leasing, deepening her understanding of NYC’s complex market. She is passionate about guiding her clients through every step of the buying, selling, and leasing process with care, clarity, and a commitment to exceptional service.
